Over 15 years of Training Experience
ORST Inc. wrote and teaches the ATV and ROV safety program for a large public utility in the southeastern United States.
Tim Norris, Chief Instructor at ORST Inc, has over 7 years’ experience with Yamaha Motor Corporation-America as an independent contractor, serving as an ATV-ROV demo driver, safety trainer, dealer trainer, and dirt bike coach.
ATV Safety Institute (ASI) certified instructor, Recreational Off-Highway Vehicle Association (ROHVA) Driver Coach.
Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) certified Dirt Bike Coach, MSF certified Adventure Bike Coach.
United States Motorcycle Coaches Association (USMCA) certified instructor.

Flexible Location and Group Training Options
We offer standard ASI, ROHVA, MSF dirt bike, and MSF Adventure Bike safety training courses in Quinton, Va.
Our specialty is creating corporate ATV and ROV programs for public utilities, geared towards how the vehicles are actually being used on the jobsite. Classroom and “hand’s on” training can be performed at our location or yours.
